Victory at Reliance mobile Vijay awards

The Reliance mobile Vijay awards took place in Chennai’s Nehru indoor stadium. For the first time the chevalier Sivaji award was given away with the path-breaking actor Kamal Haasan being awarded the prize. Decided by popular vote, Trisha and Vijay won the favorite actor and actress award while Vikram was adjudged the Youth Icon.

So that Vijay wasn’t feeling left out, he was adjudged Superstar of Tomorrow awards while Vivek won the best comedian award. The stars present at the award ceremony included Shriya, Dhanush, Prabhu, Prabhu Deva and Jeeva and Sangeetha.
